How to use SageBet orderbooks

  1. SageBet is built on Arbitrum so you'll need to make sure your wallet can connect to the right network.

    1. Here is an example for Metamask:

  2. Then you'll need to make sure you have USDC, as all markets are currently traded and settled with USDC. If you don't have any USDC, you can swap for some on , , , or any other DEX of your choice.

  3. Then you can browse markets and choose one you'd like to explore and trade on:

  4. Once you have chosen a market and connected your wallet, you can use the betting widget on the right to place market and limit orders. Please see Orderbook Basicsfor more details. And if you have more questions, come ask us via the links in Community/Social.

  5. If you place a Limit order, you can see it at the bottom of the corresponding market page, via the Orders tab. And if you have a filled position (i.e. you have bought shares for an outcome), these can also be seen on the Positions tab. Unfilled Limit orders can be cancelled at any time either from the corresponding market page, or from your Portfoliopage.
